Zhenjiang Shiye Island, the third largest island in the Yangtze River, has a history of more than 600 years. The tourist resort is separated from Zhenjiang City by water in the south, and faces Yangzhou across the river in the north. Runyang Bridge passes through the island. The surrounding area is quiet and the air is fresh. There are dozens of characteristic rural tourist attractions, 28 agritainments, Bridge Park, Mao Yisheng Memorial Hall and other tourist areas (attractions). Reception areas of characteristic rural tourism include Runyang Bridge Hotel, Yunteng Wooden House Resort, Tianshiyuan Holiday Farm, Yishuijian Ecological Hotel, Sijiqing Farm, Fengshengyuan Farm and so on. Shiye Island Tourist Resort is constantly being built into “an ecological pastoral village, a happy music island, a leisure and health preserving place, and a low-carbon demonstration area".
